Wauw!
We love it!
Friends, I’ve started a new page called @fed_is_best ?? inevitably, whenever I’ve posted about bottle feeding I receive judgmental comments about how breast is best (it is, but that’s not the point), that person should do whatever it takes to breastfeed, how dare you promote formula, etc etc… It’s not always that simple! @fed_is_best is a safe place for people to share their feeding journeys of ALL kinds– bottle, breast, toddler, tandem, NICU, feeding tube, and more. Join the movement by following the page and sharing your story with us through DM and/or the tag #fedisbest ? because we could all use less judgement and more love ? #Repost @fed_is_best ・・・ ✨Tandem breastfeeding✨ the magic of feeding two tiny humans at the same time ? #fedisbest #breastfeeding #tandembreastfeeding #motherhood ? @annahutchisonphotog mama @shelsinki
The morning after Ever’s birth and our first tandem nurse was and still is one of the most memorable days of my life and my experience as a mother. I think back to the times I stayed awake staring long after they went to sleep. Heavy eyes met me in the morning but the ebb and flow of their breathe will be forever rhythmically in tune with Sea of Love and that loving mood. It goes by so fast. So incredibly fast. It’s funny how you never really notice until they’re almost thirteen and they’re asking you if they can go to South America. This was the beginning of my last mother chapter and now I’ll forever have this moment to look upon thanks to this community and the confidence in myself to share moments like this with the world. #tribedemama #motherhoodrising #empoweredbirthproject #birthofamama ✨
Feed Fearlessly ?? ? @mrs.j.watson ・・・ “This was about a year ago | When I got pregnant with Levi, my ob told me that I had to stop nursing Eva immediately. At first, I was really considering stopping. But my mom told me to just find another doctor. So, I found another ob and he told me the same thing-stop nursing. So, I found ANOTHER ob who supported my decision to nurse Eva while pregnant. I’m so glad I did that. I’m so glad I listened to my mom. I have had a wonderful experience breastfeeding Eva, and now Levi for the past 2.5 years. There have been some very hard days, of course. It’s not all smiles and happiness all of the time. But all of the good days outweigh the bad. I would do it all over again in a heartbeat. I know that we all feed our babies in different ways and that is truly awesome. But in honor of #worldbreastfeedingweek I just wanted to say that I’m thankful to God that I could breastfeed my babies. And shoutout to all the mamas out there who are currently breastfeeding or have breastfed in the past. Whether it was for minutes, hours, days, weeks, or for years. ✌?️❤️” . . . . . . . #tandembreastfeeding #breastfeedwithoutfear #BWDCD #BlackWomenDoClothDiaper #BlackMoms #BlackBabies #MelaninMotherhood #Kemet #NaturalHair #NaturalParenting #BlackParents #Love #Babies #ClothDiapers #Melanin #MakeMelaninMainstream #Community #Beautiful #BabiesOfIG #Cutie #BlackPride #Summer #NormalizeBreastfeeding #Breastfeeding #BlackWomenDoBreastfeed #BWDBF #BlackLivesMatter #GoodNight #WorldBreastfeedingWeek
